Woohoo!
Christmas day-2 minutes before leaving for the airport-a letter-4 years of waiting and trying and praying-a vow made-a vow to be fulfilled!
All that is to say, Michael Aaron passed the P.E. exam (giving him his professional engineering license)!!!!
