David continues to grow and mature and is reading moderately comfortably now. He can read all the basic phonics books without much problem (see him reading to his sisters below) and can read any primary library book with a bit of work. He also writes pretty well. Meanwhile, Elizabeth loves to pose for the camera!
He has also learned to tie his shoes quite nicely. Good thing too because his only fitting shoes (and favorite) are some white tie tennis shoes. Don't think they make velcro for size 1, do they?
David also finished off his second soccer season on his undefeated team. Coach Al has taught David a lot!
D has grown but there are still a few areas where he is little. He can still fit in small boxes.
And he still is not too big for a good cry. In fact, there was one time this month that we started to worry about the bad rash he had all around his eyes. Took only a few minutes to realize that he had burst a bunch of blood vessels around his eyes while crying furiously the night before.
And E? She is growing into a young lady. Her attitude is much sweeter and less defiant...beyond the terrible threes? She is very affectionate and loves to throw her arms around my neck. She is also growing into a beautiful little girl with long hair complete with curls and the innate ability to dress herself in the most fashionable way possible. And as mentioned before, E loves to pose for the camera. She is a natural! She will cock her head first one way and then the other. Where did she learn this skill? Certainly not from me...
