We had a sweet evening of opening matching pjs and then stocking gifts. We also opened gifts from Grammy and Grandpa Weyler. We ended the evening staying up just to midnight playing Ticket to Ride. Abigail fell asleep on the couch.

Christmas eve--the end of the ridiculous mantel
As I look back on my Christmas Eve photos three months later (oops), I am struck by the last appearance of the ridiculous mantel in so many of the pictures. So glad to document it for posterity since it would shortly leave, never to return.
