I feel like there has been a huge leap and bound in your speech this month. You are making so much more sense and often stringing entire sentences together, intelligably. :) One of your favorite phrases this month was "Look. See." as you point out something new to me. You also love "Where did ___________ go?" You are quite persistent and the phrases are repeated thousands of times until a sufficient answer is provided. (payback!)
Otherwise, this month was full of tantrums and laughter. (isn't every month the extreme highs and lows?) Part due to yet another ear infection, and probably teething (and not eating and barely drinking, literally, for 6 days straight). Fortunately, the 2 weeks of joy overshadowed the 2 extremely difficult weeks we had this month!
You have gotten into mischief quite regularly in your crib (and out of it--as you climb in and out to get items). You always are found in the crib, but the damage of lotion, wipes everywhere, pencil coloring on the walls, hand sanitizer dumped out, diapers everywhere, more wipes everywhere, etc... is telling. In fact, it is rather exhausting. Especially the spankings 1-2 times a day for this handiwork. We did end up moving your changing table into the other room now, in anticipation of baby sister and out of your reach.
Did I mention that you are fascinated by cars!!!! and trucks, and airplanes, and trains!!!! You point out every type of truck on the road and play with them all day at home.
Such a boy. Fascinated by life around you. We love you, David!
PS: you may wonder why so many pictures are taken of you eating? It is often the only time you are still enough to take pictures!
