As we undertake to keep up with the rest of the world and technology... we will attempt to keep our thoughts penned regularly for you here on our blog. Most importantly, we would like this to be a reflection of the love of our Faithful Saviour, Jesus Christ.

On the third day of Christmas 2012...

...my true love went with me- to TJMaxx and the Dollar Tree.

After attending a friend's birthday party, we took advantage of the last 45 minutes of parent's night out to try and get a bit of final Christmas shopping done. We did get a few fun stocking stuffers at the Dollar Tree and then had about 10 minutes in TJMaxx- where Michael got me a beautiful jewelry tree.

The shopping was finished the next morning when I took Biz and Abigail with me to get a few more stops in. We did get the annual Christmas tree ornaments.

The family one touched my sense of humor.

David's ornament fits him well since he loves his trike. (Thanks aunt Sarah!)

Elizabeth's ornament tells all. She LOVES her crocs! (one of her clear vocabulary words). Hers are purple but the idea still is represented. I thought the crocs ornament just missed being cute but not only is it well suited for E but represents a quick decision made because E was screaming loudly nonstop. (And proceeded to lose one of her crocs in the store, which we did later find)

Abigail's ornament is like the other kiddos at the same stage. All three have a "first year" photo.

Merry Christmas!
