Frustration. On the part of Abigail because she cannot express herself (or stubbornly refuses to). On her part because she is learning she cannot have her way all the time. On the part of Mommy because she does not completely understand A's wants all the time. And equally because when she does, it often leads to a battle of wills and discipline as A is learning her boundaries.
16 months is hard!
PS: Abigail did get tooth four and five this month. (five being a top molar)
