one month too early

Abigail seems to know her birthday is coming.  She is working on a slightly faster schedule...one month early. My mom forewarned me with my first child that age 3 was far more terrible than any 2 year old.  This adage proved true for my first two.  And my most cheerful and joyful Abigail hit that marker almost exactly a month to the day early.

We have seen a very different side to Abigail recently.  Yes, she can be charming and cheerful, and then suddenly a switch flips and we experience huge tantrums, biting and yelling "Stupid!" at the top of her lungs!  I am trying to just stay faithful disciplining, knowing that it will eventually pay off.

And just as quickly, the tantrums are over and she is all smiles again *at least until a few minutes later...

Everyday is dress-up day.  Playing sweetly with friend Henry here.

We also went to the neighborhood pool for the first time this year.
