lethargic elf and other happenings: specifically the San Jac.

Thursday was spent at the San Jacinto Monument.  The battleship there is really cool but we all decided after spending a while at the monument itself, riding to the top to view the scenery, and a picnic lunch we would just go across and view the ship from the dock.  No time/energy to go on board today.  This was proven true when the kids conked in the car on the way home. (PS last time we went was the mosquito plague, this time the ladybugs...I would take ladybugs every time!)
