As we undertake to keep up with the rest of the world and technology... we will attempt to keep our thoughts penned regularly for you here on our blog. Most importantly, we would like this to be a reflection of the love of our Faithful Saviour, Jesus Christ.

thanksgiving with the newest additions

Well...in an effort to catch up on a month of lots of activity, this will be the first of several posts.

It all began mid-November when we greeted our newest nephew and niece at the airport. David was among the very first to greet them. Ibra is 4 years old and Suma is 2...according to African birth certificate standards :), that is to say, not very accurately. After 30+ hours of flying from Uganda, they were understandably pooped, but we still got to admire Ibra's fascination with how things work (quick to discover why E's stroller did not move straight, he corrected the wheel). Suma was mostly just conked, although she still managed a few smiles.

It was very fun then to be able to catch up with a more rested Ibra, Suma, Uncle Andrew and Aunt Shayna the following week for Thanksgiving. What a fun time! David loves his new cousins!
